My Story
When I checked out Usborne Books At Home many years ago, I had no
idea what a powerful force it would become in my life and the life of my
family. I suppose at that point I thought it would, at best, provide
some additional income to subsidize
my
husband's paycheck until I went back to my real career of teaching. At
least, it would give the means by which to build an outstanding library
to be readily available for use by my growing family. In fact, this
business has so far exceeded my simple goals that I still periodically
have to shake my head in amazement. Now, some 14 years later, not only
do I have one of the best libraries around, but so many other benefits.
My income has continued to grow over the years to a place where my
income exceeds my husband's. I have earned every top honour that Usborne
has including the President's award two years in a row for the top
consultant in Canada and vacations to exotic places like the Bahamas,
Jamaica, Hawaii, the Mexican Riviera, Cancun and England.
I have also realized tremendous personal growth.

One of the most unexpected riches I have experienced as a result of
my Usborne business is the deep friendships I have formed with other
Usborne consultants. These are lifelong friends that will remain,
regardless of where life takes us.
But Usborne has also brought a new kind of freedom into my life. With
my Usborne income, which continues to grow yearly, coupled with flexible
hours, I am free to be there for my family, to schedule my work around
my choices and to give time and money to other causes that tie in with
my and my family's life goals.
The dollar investment was so small, but the results of that
investment were life-changing. |
