HOME SHOW
Commission - up to 25% [base 20 - 22% plus bonus]

• Minimum order $100 (qualified show)
• Hostess Show Value and Booking Benefits vary. Provided by UBAH at no extra cost to the consultant
• Consultants have the opportunity to choose books worth up to $30 retail at a 70% discount

DIRECT SALE
Commission - up to 30% [base 25 - 27% plus bonus]

• Minimum order $50

LITERACY FAIR
Commission - up to 19% [base 14 - 16% plus bonus]

• Minimum retail sales of $500
• 30% in Free Books to the organization provided by UBAH at no extra cost to the consultant

EXHIBIT ORDER
Commission - up to 25% [base 20 - 22% plus bonus]

• Minimum sales of $500
• 15% in Free Books provided by UBAH at no extra cost to the consultant

Note: All commissions and bonuses are calculated on retail sales. All consultants can earn a sales bonus every month -- sell $1,000 or more in a month, and receive an additional 7% free books (or 3% cash) of your total sales. Regular contests and incentive trips are available for all consultants.

Qualify as a Bronze Consultant
Achieve $500 in retail sales within first 4 weeks and purchase an additional $100 worth of books for $30.

Qualify as a Silver Consultant
Have a personal retail sales volume of $1,000 in your first 12 weeks of business and you'll earn $50 in free books.

Qualify as a Gold Consultant
Have a personal retail sales volume of $2,000 in your first 12 weeks of business and you’ll earn another $100 in Free Books.

Qualify as a Platinum Consultant
Have a personal retail sales volume of $3,000 in your first 12 weeks of business and you’ll earn another $100 in Free Books.

Qualify as a Ruby Consultant
Have a personal retail sales volume of $4,000 in your first 12 weeks of business and you’ll earn another $50 in Free Books.

Extra Sponsor’s BONUS
Sponsor gold or silver consultants within your first 12 weeks and you’ll earn $100 in free books for each! For every gold or silver consultant you sponsor after your first 12 weeks, you’ll earn $50 in free books.

Leadership Opportunities
Build your team and increase your income. You succeed by helping others succeed.

Team Leader - Start building your team and get paid too! Sponsor two consultants and earn 2% of their sales. Sponsor three consultants and earn 3% of their sales. Sponsor four or more consultants and earn 4% of their sales.

Supervisor - Further develop your leadership skills and earn an additional 7% on your own sales and on your entire team’s sales as well.

Senior Supervisor, Executive Supervisor, Sales Director, Executive Sales Director - For unlimited growth and income, ask your sponsor for information about these additional achievement levels.
